Brent and I (Alicia) are cruising with my brother Leo. We are both 44 yrs old, married for 23 yrs with three kids. Our children are 21 (son), 19 (son) and 13 yrs old (daughter). Brent and I live in Twain Harte, California and the boys live in Los Angeles County and are currently in college. We are both looking forward to our first vacation without the kids.

Brent is a Chef and I work as a Department Head for the Board of Supervisors in Tuolumne County, just in case you are wondering where Tuolumne County is, the best way to describe the location is that our County includes approximately ½ of Yosemite National Park.

Mike (58) and Kim (51). We have also been officially together for 12 years as of November. We successfully merged together two families for a total of 6 children. Mike has a son (30) and daughter (27) who are both now married and each have a 2 year old. Kim has a 22 year old daughter at St. Louis University Nursing School and 20 year old boy/girl twins at U of I and Maryville University (St. Louis) respectively. We also have an inherited 11 year old. Cory is Kim's cousin who was orphaned 4 years ago. We were all happy to welcome him to our thrown together family. At one time we had a dog and cat but once they left us due to old age, we decided it was eaiser to travel without pets. We live in Southern Illinois. John and Dave - we are your neighbors! We live in Collinsville - famous for the world's largest catsup bottle, horseradish capital of the world, Cahokia Mounds National Park, and Fairmont Race Track. For the rest of you, we are 15 miles from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. Mike is an insurance agent for American Family Insurance. Kim shows up at the office, sometimes; babysits grandbabies, is there when the school bus brings Cory home, cooks, cleans, mows grass, etc. We live to travel. We enjoy cruises, but also all-inclusive, condo rentals, and just seeing the world. We booked this cruise because we are booked on Oceania November 08 Lisbon/Rio in a similiar cabin. We are curious if the cabin is large enough for a 14 day cruise that includes 4 days at sea. We are doing the B2B on the Quest.

I’m self employed as a computer network consultant, engineering and support specialist. My wife Colleen is a Respiratory Therapist at a local hospital and the mother of three wonderful adult children. We both turned 50 this year, have four adorable G-kids. We share our home with 5 pets, 3 feathered and 2 furry.

This will be our 10th cruise and we have sailed 5 times with X, 3 times with HAL and once on Carnival.

Dave, 43, Likes to have fun ( as anyone would think outherwise ), work PT ( for a regular paycheck ) and own my own custom window treatment and accessories business. Favorite cocktail is a Perfect Manhattan, but I'll have a Kir Royal during a weak moment. Cruising is my favorite way to vacation.

John, 46, Tries to keep me from having TOO much fun. He says he can take me anywhere TWICE, the second time to apologize:D . He is an AVP at a major financial institution. Favorite cocktail is a Martini made with Christiania and XXXX olives. I know his favorite way to vacation is cruising also.

We don't give out our cabin # because the party gets TOO big that way.

We are approaching our 12 year anniversary together. We have a 1923 Craftmans bungalow we have been renovating for the last 10 years ( darn cruises keep interupting our work ). Our only children are the furry, feathered, and finned kind. 4 basset hounds, 2 parrots, 1 cat, 1 parrotkeet, a tank full of fish and a cage full of finches.

We are SO looking forward to meeting everyone and having a nice quick vacation! ( plus its a good excuse to have our floors sanded while we're gone ).

They are always together, so I have no individual photos! They will be celebrating their 29th wedding anniversary on the ship!
