2005 Southern Regionals
Silverbacks 08 Elite Boys represented Georgia as the U15 state champions at the Southern Regional Soccer Championship in late June, 2005. They played against champions from four other states, and emerged as a quarterfinalist - not bad for their first appearance at the tournament. The fields in Frisco, TX (northern suburb of Dallas) were spectacular, the competition was fierce, and the boys had a great time. This team was known as Quest 89 Red through 2004,, was Silverbacks for the 2004-2005 season, and was NASA 08 Elite from 2006 on.
