U15 State Champions
The 08 Elite boys had an amazing run at the 2005 Georgia State Cup in Columbus. They won all three Round Robin games, then beat AFC in a rainy, sloppy semifinal, and went on to face ConcordeFire, the #1 seed and the team they had lost to in the prior year's Final. In a back and forth battle, the boys came from behind with one man down and emerged victorious as the new state champions. I had to attend via phone, so if you see Jerry with the phone to his ear, that's me!
