As you can see, they had a good supply of beach wheelchairs for our use. Actually, there were another 4 on the other side of the shed. They had someone stationed there to guard our regular wheelchair.
With this chair, we were able to get my DH right to the edge of the water, where he was able to basically "float" in. It was great. They had attendants there who helped him in and out of the water.
