Welcome to the Adams Family WebsiteWe are the descendants of John Wesley Adams (1850-1917) and Ruth Haslup Adams (1852-1925). John and Ruth had seven children, six of them boys. Now, six generations later, there are only three males with the Adams surname (Ed, Don, and Robbie). But we are proud of our heritage, regardless of what last name we use! The Adams clan has gathered for Thanksgiving Day for well over 100 years, and now the Internet is providing a new way for us to keep in touch. Today, we include 50+ households and 120+ individuals including spouses, and have migrated from our Maryland/DC roots to live all over the US and around the world. The purpose of this page is to serve as a focal point for family news - I will post any pictures and news you send me. This project is dedicated to Emma Ruth Adams(aka, BOOPIE!), who was the keeper of family history before me.
